The remanufacturing process includes fault verification, flaw detection assessment, deep cleaning, non-destructive testing, dimensional restoration, precision machining, replacement of wearing parts, and final assembly in accordance with original factory standards. Each unit then undergoes bench testing under load, including break-in and performance testing, to ensure power output, oil pressure, water temperature, and other parameters meet the required standards. Finally, each unit is fitted with Hainan SeaSpark's dedicated remanufacturing nameplate and certificate of conformity.

All qualified reconditioned generator sets undergo comprehensive performance testing, including load tests at 50%, 70%, 100%, and 110%.

Each unit is equipped with a battery charger and a 24V high-performance, maintenance-free lead-acid starting battery, along with connection cables.
